Peter,
How's the floor under the main bulkhead at the doorway opening. Is it
sagging too. So of the early line boats did not have sufficient support
under the floor and it caused the floor to sag.

Peter,
If your liner is bulging, then the deck has sagged significantly. Probably
that means that the beam has sagged. Once you repair that, jacking it back
to it's original place in the process, the sag in the liner should go away.
Possibly it will need a little help with a jack, but it should go back. I
don't think you need to epoxy it to the underside of the deck, as it wasn't
done so originally.

project but not so sure about fixing the bulging liner below. Two methods
seem possible, drill some holes in the GRP below the core and pump in
some thickened epoxy, then jack up the liner so that it spreads out ,then
carry on with the topside work.Alternatively finish the topside
work, remove the jack, drill some holes in the liner from below pump in
epoxy and jack the liner up again. In both method the liner is bonded to
the deck GRP.Am I looking at this the right way?
