Jeremy,

I have seen this pictures of your beam that George posted. This is not that 
bad at all...I have seen and repaired much worse. As George suggested, check 
out the repairs on the A30 website. The last beam repair I fixed was much 
worse, and it only took a bit over 6 hours to fix.
