FYI:
    I was at a Potomac River Pilots' Ass'n meeting on Tuesday and
Jenifer Clark, formerly of NOAA spoke. She got rif'ed from the gummint
and is on her own. Does Gulf Stream and other current predictions for
sail races, commercials, SAR, etc. Very helpful. Charges for personal
charts but offers lots of advice including sources for data like John
Hopkins' URL, etc.
