The bi-fold on #312 is about the prettiest piece of wood on the boat and I
could not bring myself to the point of removing it. WE have learned to live to
gather. What seamed to solve the problem for us, was the installation of small
hook opposite the handle on the door when the door is put across the head
area. I now take an appropriate length of bungy cord and loop it around the
bi-fold door knob and across to the hook. The door then covers the head area
for the most part and can close off the forward area when that beautiful door
is in the closed position... WALA!
