Tom, maybe you'd want to write up your design for the Mainsheet. Bob
Marshall's design was basically two 2x4s (or maybe one 2x4 and one
2x6, I don't recall) that were notched out for the forestay and for
mounting a roller. This was then bolted onto both sides of the stem
fitting. Bob's design was configured for the older boats, but I
know that people have created similar ones for the newer boats.
I bought a roller 8 years ago, but that project hasn't reached the top
of the list, yet. ;-)
