[alberg30] Alberg 30 ??'s

I am very interested in Alberg 30s, and if my current boat sells (and I =
am confident that it will soon), I'll be in the market.

I know about the sistering of the mast beam in the salon, and about =
placing a sister under the deck step of the mast.  (or at least that is =
what a seller told me).  Other than the typical do's and dont's of boat =
buying is there anything else associated with the A30 that one should be =
aware of prior to pruchasing.
