Could you please elaborate on the "land drain" that you installed on your 
Alberg 30, for example:

1. Exactly where did you drill the 1 1/4" hole and how is it plugged?

2. It sounds like a good idea to keep water out of the boat while it is on 
the hard but does a removable plug concern you when it is in the water.

Any information you can provide will be appreciated.
