[alberg30] Loacation of my A-30

My Alberg 30 is located at Kemah, Texas on Galveston Bay. It has a new (50
hrs) Westerbeke 30-B3 engine and is in better shape than any I've seen. I'd
help deliver it to any Gulf Coast location.
Incidentally, it is tiller-steered, and the rudder post has a stuffing box.
