Do you know the publication and date when this appeared?

For those that couldn't read the Microsoft Word file, it's an
article about an Alberg 30 (not mentioned as such, but visible
in the picture) that was abandoned at sea off Sable Island.

It was discovered two months later by the crew of a large ocean-
going crane and recovered, minus the mast.
