Uhh, no.  Inherit the Wind is owned by Mike McGovern.  I believe that
Tom Tursi installed the wheel, but you might contact Mike and get the
straight scoop.  Wheels are pretty uncommon on Alberg 30's and that's
the only one that I know right off hand.
