Bryan,

We replaced the sheave on #114 with one from a Maxi Yacht (Marine
consignment= great products at half the cost).  The diameter was the same
and although we had to file the slot about .25 inch wider, it works better
then we could have ever hoped.  The dual-sheave idea sounds good also,
although I have one question:  Since the upper-shrouds attach to the bolt
that holds the sheave, did you keep that arrangment, or manufacture
something else?  It seems as though this bolt would get in the way if there
were two sheaves in that space.
