I also replaced the Main Halyard sheave for rope. A (marine) machinist in
Annapolis just turned me a new one out of a material called Delrin. Funny, I
remember that, but can't think of the machinist"s name. He was right on the
waterfront on the east side of town near those two famous restaurants (also
forget the name). 
I'll try to find it. As I recall, he charged me $90 in "95
