[alberg30] removing paint

We are changing the name on our Alberg #307.  The previous owners painted the name on.  What kind of paint they used is a mystery.  However, the topsides are Flag Blue Awlgrip, and we do not want to damage the Awlgrip.  Does anybody have any suggestions to get this paint off?
