[alberg30] Tach wire

I cannot find where my tachometer connects to the engine.  Does anybody know. I have a 15 hp. Universal Diesel (1989)

Also, wire to my oil pressure gage was not connected.  When I connect it the indicator pegs.  Does anyone have a clue or do I need to buy a new sender and gage.  If so, any suggestion as to what type.
