Paul, have to make a slight correction in your specs.  The Commander and The 
Arial were the exact same hull, 25' 7" long.  The difference was that the 
Commander had a large cockpit, but still 4 berths, but no real galley, and 
some extra ballast to match the disp of the Arial.  Both fine sailing boats, 
and able to take a good bit of breeze. I think the Alberg 22 and the full 
keel South Coast 22 were the same boat.  Not to be confused with the later, 
centerboard South Coast 22, but built to a price and not well finished off
