216 is the Lake Ontario rating, add 15 seconds for NFS (main & jib)
equals 231, assuming 2 blade prop and 160% jib, most A30 #1s are 160-170
% with a 3 second penalty applied for each 10% over 150%.
On an A30 a 150 is a very small #1 as the "J" is so short (10') for a 30
foot boat, compare a 150 on a CC 30 for example, you'll find 18"-2'
difference on the LP yet the boats are the same length.  The CC 30 "J"
is I believe 12 feet therefore 150% of 12 is greater than 150% of 10.
This is why all rating racing is BS racing and the only real racing is
class racing which both the Great Lakes and Chesapeake Associations
offer so why don't you try your hand at that if your in those areas.
