It wasn't chosen to be deleted.  It's just that the section in which
it would appear was not done.  Actually, I bit off a bit more than
I could chew, anyway.  I spent about two years working on the
maintenance manual.  At one point I spent $500 on hard disk
disaster recovery, mostly to recover the maintenance manual
material for which I had no current backup.

Someday, I hope, the other sections will get done.  Right now, I've
got a boat to maintain. :-)
