If you have a puddle when you fill the tank, it is overfilled.  The tank will 
not hold 31 galons...more like 20.  Good trick: see how long it takes to fill 
a gallon jug, then when you fill the tank, time it for 20 gallons.  If you 
fill to the deck level, the excess will all leak into the forwrd sole.  Russ
