Go with the sikkens. Sikkens is basicaly thinned varnish with the advantage 
of breathability over harder finishes.The hard finishes tend to blister and 
lift when water gets into the wood, usually from underneath or from a 
scratch. Sikkens is easy to apply and stays clean looking all year.
