[alberg30] Winch Pads

My Alberg has patterns in the non-skid for main and secondary winch
installations.  However only the primaries (forward) are installed.  The
boat has a dodger so their location is a little awkward.  I have the
secondary set of winches buy no mounting pads (bases).  Does anyone know
a source for these or had any experience constructing them?  Any
suggestions will be appreciated.
