[alberg30] Exhaust fan for Diesel

I would suggest that one keep the bilge blower in the boat, in good
condition, and use it for at least five minutes before starting an A-4.  We
lost a boat three weeks ago up here on the LI sound due to not using the
blower.  You never know what's down there.
