[alberg30] Canoe as a A-30 tender

I recently helped set up a tow of a half-dozen sailing dinghies.
To keep them from slewing all over the place, the skipper trailed
a small drogue from the stern of the last dinghy.  Using a drogue
would probably help when towing a canoe, too.  I plan to try it
when towing my Sunfish, another boat that doesn't tow well.
