Lee,

I recommend spraying them with penetrating oil and trying a hand
impact wrench.  These are available at auto supply stores and
are powered by hitting a hammer on the other end.  I use a 3 or
4 pound hammer.  Try this, and if it doesn't move, add more
penetrating oil and try again the next day.
