[alberg30] SWLs

I have some questions about load factors on the Alberg.  First, I'm replacing the block on my topping lift and was wondering what would be a safe working load for the new block.  Secondly, I am considering putting foot blocks on the boat.  Is 3500 lbs... an adequate SWL?

Finally, is there a consensus on tension for standing rigging?
