   See, and here I thought I was being so seamanlike putting all those splices
in my double braid!  Halyard knot, huh? I'll have to look  that one up in my
Ashley, or Hervey Garret Smith (ever see this one? It's great!) or Robin Knox
Johnston, or Knights or..........  Actualy, I have a pamphlet of knots
published in the '50's by the Boy Scouts, and it is one of the best, most
complete references I have!
