If you have a shop that sells foam, you're in business.  Go there, lay on some
pieces, buy it.  You can cut it with an electric knife, or any really sharp
knife. Serations may help
I made cushions,a and covers for my Sea Sprite, French seams, piping , and
all, they looked great.  Russ
