[alberg30] Rudder Stuffing Box Access

Hi All
On Friendship I can not adjust the Stuffing Box packing on the rudder with the atomic 4 in place.  My yard has suggested that we put a 6” access plate just above the picking in the floor.  Have others had the same problem, and any ideas on what to do?
