Well. ypu can install anything that isn't actually larger than the boat.  
Howerever form and function are something to consider.I think you'd have to 
rip out the galley, shorten the starboard berth, and start over.  I'm sure it 
could be done.  Consider the tradeoffs.  How about a small Microwave in the
