[alberg30] Insurance, one experience

I had some blisters, small, in Brigadoon II, (275) but they were all in a coat
put on by a prior owner over the original gelcoat. Underneath that there were
two spots about the size of my thumbnail - that's all. I often get "blisters" in
bottom paint that disappera when I power wash the bottom.
