I stil have mine, but I'm asking 16000.  I know there is a 65 in St Clair 
shores that is listed for 14000, but My boat has stuff that boat does not 
have.  A traveler,  A dodger, 4 Lewmar opening ports forward, with screens,  
also more instruments, and a radio, and a swimladder.  Buy a 14000 boat and 
put all this equipment on, and see what it costs you, not to mention 
excellent sails.  There are always 'bargins'
