Jack, you can have that water pump rebuilt.  I had mine done about 3 years 
ago, and it cost about $110.  It started leaking a lot more than a few drops 
in a hurry.  A leaking water pump can sink your boat.  Don't forget to change 
the impeller with the rebuild.  Russ Pfeiffer
