[alberg30] Noise from wires inside mast

Hi Folks - 

 Has anyone come up with a solution for the clanging of the wires inside
the mast ?  I tied off the halyards the other night expecting to have a
quiet
night but soon realized most of the noise was inside the mast. I'd like to
try
something to fix this next season.
