[alberg30] Windy Too for sail again

Hey folks, 

The buyer I had for Windy Too (#410) was unable to raise the money he 
thought he could to buy a boat. Hence, She is back on the market. She 
is in great shape. I don't think it is too much to say she may be one 
of the cleanest on the market. Brewers Yacht Yard in Mamaroneck did 
$9,000 worth of work to her over the last three years, including new 
head and hoses, all new thru-hulls and engine work. In addition, this 
spring, I repainted the deck, redid all the teak and completely 
scraped and repainted the bottom with ACP-50. She is truly beautiful.

As I bought her for a song, I am being very reasonable in price. She 
is currently in Newport RI, where I have been living on her for the 
last 2 months. I will include a delivery on her to anywhere in the 
Northeast or Mid-Atlantic area for any buyer.
