My tank hull (585) rested on an aluminum cross bar about over the stuffing 
box and the after corners of the tank.
The cross bar is attached to the plywood sides of the seat lockers. The lower 
corners of the after end of the trank rested on what looked like a glob of 
epoxi on the hull.
