[alberg30] Anchor weights / size

Hi Bob,

I made my anchor weight and rode choices based on Danforth's own
recomendations, and the stuff  I dug up in Practical Sailor and other
independant studies.   I've never owned a Bruce, but have heard nothing but
good about them.
