[Alberg30] Staysail and Jib boom installation

I also have the sailplan drawing, but....
How is the inner forestay attached to the foredeck?
What reinforcement of the foredeck is required (for a storm jib)?
Is the inner stay easily removable and fastened at the bottom of the mast when not in use? (as it would certainly interfere with the genoa).
Since it must be removable, is it easily set up at high tension?
I really like the idea of the inner forestay for both working and storm jib as it moves the COE toward the mast. This conteracts the COE moving forward when you reef the main.
