Hi Fred,

Try the Maryland School of Sailing and Semanship. You cannot go wrong with
them.

They are based at Rock Hall but in the Summer they sail off Norfolk
In addition to classroom courses they have cruises to Bermuda and the
Delmarva peninsula using celestial navigation (they only use Island Packet
boats). Nancy Suloman is the school's Manager.
