Denni Berg in St. Michaels will do a thorough job of it. I know he has
certification for surveys, but I am unsure of the value of that certification-as
far as I can tell, surveyors tend to just 'hang a shingle', if you follow.
Anyway, Denni was my boss for many years (owned a towing business), and is a
pretty capable boat carpenter, to boot. Eastern Shore Marine is the name he
operates under phone # 410 745 2019.
