Dai, my boat is sorta for sale, it's on Lk ST clair, al the way around the 
mitten.  I'm the second owner.  She is in very good shape.  Always a 
freshwater boat.  But I think I may want more than you want to pay.   Thre 
aren't alot of projects to keep you busy though.  You might just go sailing.
