Michael, I have the same kind of boat, # 251, and I have to do the same job. 
I've been reading about the toe rail poping out of shape when the bolts are 
removed. Did you have this problem, and if so, how do I go about solving 
it???  I could use some advice, thanks.  Russ  Pfeiffer
