[alberg30] Atomic 4

I believe the concensus on the Atomic 4 list is that
added led is unnecessary. Everyone does, however,
recommend adding Marvel Mystery Oil to the gasoline to
keep carbon to a minimum. MMO is advocated not just by
the snake-oil naive (like me), but by some very
experienced and credible folks (Moyer and others).
