[alberg30] Boom Vang arrangements

I have a hoop bale that fits the boom, and another at the mast bottom. Allows the vang to move side to side with the boom. 45 degree angle from bottom to boom, 4:1 led to starboard cabin top (camcleat there, not on vang). Works great for me.
