Lokman....ah, then that $5000 must be Ca funds.  It seemed a little high in 
US.  I think others beside Cape Dory may have built them.  I owned a Sea 
Sprite, another Alberg design, and it was built by Sailstar (mine) and 
Wikford shipbuilding, and I think a couple of others, in the day sailor 
version.  A sweet sailor, like the Typhoon, and feels like a bigger boat.
