  My neighbor has an Atomic Four that he says has never been installed.
He owns a boat yard and this has been sitting in a storage room for 40+
years. Bob says he has started it  long enough to know it runs. He
thinks it is essentially unused, probably because it has no starter. Has
to be hand-cranked.

    He says "make me an offer"

    Possibly the starter housing off a junk A-4 could be installed?
