[alberg30] Chlorination of Ship's Fresh Water

Jack,

We regularly add chlorox to the water tank at the beginning of the 
year, and sometimes otherwise.  I think Gail puts in a cup or so.
There was an article in Cruising World about this some years back.

We do use a charcoal filter.  There was an article in Consumer
Reports some years back about filters.  It showed that charcoal
filters removed some of the chlorine, but not all.
