Yes Lee, a Vetus (I think)  made by Van Ouden (dutch firm)  I did this 
instalation when I put the Vivre in the Pearson Arial.  Exhaust and water 
goes into the muffler, under the engine, it builds pressure, and water lifts 
out the exhaust pipe, along with exhaust.  Its pretty cool at this point, and 
does not need any insulation.  At least it didn't with the Vivre              
           
 engine, It worked great for me.  Current issue of Practical Sailor talks 
about one in Calypso.
