boat delivery south

Joe,

A friend of mine, who is an experienced off-shore sailor, is
intrigued.  He had some questions:

  How's the rig?  Have you had it inspected recently?
  How old is the standing rigging?

  What's the sail inventory?  Do you have storm sails?
  Are your sails in excellent, good, fair condition?

  Are there any potential problem areas that you know
  about?

Basically, he'd be interested in a sailing trip, but not
preparing a boat for offshore.
