[Alberg30] Small diesel

Copy that, my universal 11 hp is hooked to a 2.1 hurth which gets really 
pissed when I turn more than 1800. Since the engine is rated @ 11hp @ 3000 I 
need to make a change... At 1500 I get hull speed in calm water or tide, but 
in seas it needs the extra rpm. Well I'm almost in warm enough water to 
change it ("Oriental") and it isn't a real problem just not right...
