Tim,

I don't have the plans (I hope you find them), but I'm 
interested to learn more.  What fire destroyed the plans?

I do know that a museum in Mass. (I forget which one,
at the moment) has a bunch of Carl Alberg's plans, but
I've heard they don't have the Alberg 30, either.
