[Alberg30] Propane, Butane

On Isa Lei we keep our propane in a bag on the rail, as does George.  I have been known to "drop" a couple tanks.  This has happened when I was removing it from the BBQ.  I'll take my chances with the fine for littering, rather than with a leaker.
